How Do I Sign Up?
There is no official registration or group formation for this challenge. All you need to do is give a shout out below to say you are “in” then download and print your 5-day study guide. Start the Bible study on Monday morning, and Denise will be leading us through the study with several check-in posts throughout the week.
Who Can Join the Challenge?
Any woman is welcome and we encourage you to surround yourself with others going through the study as it provides a great source of encouragement and accountability! Find former HelloMornings group members, or other women in your life to take the challenge with you. You can use the share buttons at the end of the post to help spread the word.
What if I can’t join the challenge next week?
This study guide is free for all HelloMornings blog subscribers, so even if you can’t participate in the challenge this coming week, you are welcome to use the study at any time in the future. Just look for the download link at the bottom of your email or RSS feed. (Not a subscriber? You can sign up for blog posts here and an email will be sent to you with the download link.)
Our Heart Behind This
HelloMornings is all about providing sparks. I can’t make you get out of bed and open your Bible any more that you can make me figure out what’s for dinner each night. But we can give each other a little nudge in the right direction.
That is our hope for the coming weeks, to provide a spark for your goals. We’ve created three quick and easy challenges for each main aspects of HelloMornings. You can pick and choose which challenge you’d like to take on; you can do one, two, or all three. Totally up to you.

Acts 17:28 says, ‘In Him we live and MOVE and have our being.’ For the MOVE week, we want to give you a kickstart that will enable you to achieve your fitness goals and make this your best year ever! We will establish a firm biblical foundation for working out, give you tips that will help you plan for success, and suggest various goals for you to work toward this year. It’s time to MOVE forward.
