When you think of February, hearts may come to mind – after all it is the month of Valentine’s Day. What a great focus for our newest HelloExercise challenge. We want to strive for a healthy heart in all areas – spiritually, emotionally and physically. The February HelloExercise Challenge will help you focus on your physical health.
This Month’s Exercise Challenge
If you recall from the mini HelloMornings MOVE Challenge in January, we talked about setting S.M.A.R.T. goals and making exercise a priority as a way to honor God with our bodies. In February, you will have an opportunity to set a personal goal and work towards achieving that goal, while being encouraged through the HelloExercise Tribe Facebook group.
Here’s how it works:
- Determine your goal for the month.
- Share your February goal below in the comments. For added accountability, join the HelloExercise Facebook group. On Wednesdays, there will be a GOAL CHECK-IN status posted in the HelloExercise Tribe’s Facebook group, where you can share your successes or setbacks.
- Share your progress throughout the weeks, and at the end of the month, there will be a few HelloExercise Tribe prizes/giveaways to celebrate our successes! (Note, this is only for those who participate on the Facebook group.)
