A Crossroads (in which HelloMornings gets a new pair of jeans.)

By March 8, 2013This and That

I am so thankful for each of you.

Seriously. God is doing a great work here, in our little bitty space of the web. Thank you for being a part of this. Really, thank you.

I’ve been cooking up different avenues for each of you to get more involved in HelloMornings, but in a new way. You see, I have some really fun, big plans for HelloMornings. (Like, wouldn’t it be fun to have a HelloMornings app? I think it would be awesome.)

But reality is, HelloMornings is getting too big for its britches.

Group management, leadership development, and the future plans of HelloMornings will all stall out if one thing doesn’t change. We need funds for a new pair of britches.

Thus far, the HelloMornings challenge has been free — and it has been a blessing to provide this free ministry — but with the growth we’re experiencing, we really need to invest in tools to help pave the way for the future.

So we are faced with a decision. Charge for the challenge, or fund-raise? We’ve prayed and discussed long and hard about this — a conversation that has gone on for over a year — and we’ve decided to go the fundraising route.

From time-to-time we’ll be bringing forth different ways for you to invest in HelloMornings. We don’t expect you to take every opportunity, but we do want to give you options and ask that you prayerfully consider how much HelloMornings means to you, and if God is calling you to be a part of the future.

Your first big opportunity to get involved is coming next week, so be on the lookout.

Thanks again, friends. I am excited to turn down this road and see all the Lord holds for us!
