Working mom and author Jessica Turner knows what it feels like to reach her limits. She takes her experience as a mom of three kids working two jobs and shares boundaries and habits she’s developed to thrive instead of merely survive.

“When you’re thriving, you don’t feel like there’s constantly something that is falling through the cracks. You don’t feel exhausted and overwhelmed all the time. It’s a place of satisfaction at work, in our homes, in our families and marriage. It’s about contentment, and that looks different for everyone.”

We talk about ways to simplify the busy times in our lives, manage the mental load we carry, the importance of self-care and making time for yourself.
