  • Walk with Jesus.

If you are considering being a HelloMornings team member we assume that you:

  • Believe that the Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God.
  • Have a heart for what HelloMornings is all about (See statement of faith below.)

As a HelloMornings Community...

We believe the Bible is the inerrant, inspired word of God, and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives.  It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right (2 Timothy 3:16).

We believe in one God (Deuteronomy 6:4, Isaiah 44:6, 1 Corinthians 8:4, 1 Timothy 2:5).

We believe in the triune Godhead, that the three distinct persons of God -- the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit -- co-exist as one (1 Peter 1:2, Matthew 3:13-17, Matthew 28:19, John 6:27, 1 Peter 1:2, John 1:3, John 20:38, Acts 5:3-4).

We believe that since Jesus is a person of the triune Godhead, he is Divine, or fully God and fully man. (John 1:1, 14, and Colosians 2:9.)

We believe that we are made right with God not by our own efforts to do good things, but because we place our trust in Jesus Christ’s sacrifice that paid the penalty for our sin.  It is by His grace that we are in relationship with Him now and will spend eternity with Him (Galatians 2:16, Ephesians 2:8)

We believe that the HelloMornings community serves as a complement to (not in place of) the local body of believers, and encourage members to actively serve in a Bible-believing church, so that we are "not neglecting in meeting together" (Heb. 10:25a ESV).

We stand behind the beliefs expressed in the Apostles Creed:

We believe in God, the Father almighty,
creator of heaven and earth.

We believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried;
he descended to the dead.

On the third day he rose again;
he ascended into heaven,
he is seated at the right hand of the Father,
and he will come to judge the living and the dead.

We believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy Church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting.
Amen.
